"Oakland Half Marathon March 28, 2010"
We ran the Half Marathon portion of the inagural Oakland Running
Festival. It is amazing how many volunteers the could get for a first
time event. The pictures are not labeled to speed this post but the
first few pictures are of the bib pick-up area where people were lined
up to sign up for a run the day before the event. The 5K and Half both
sold out. I carried the pace sign and found a lot of new friends as a
result of running a constant pace. I was very happy to finish so close
to my anticipated time.
